for the ppl like me: long story short, she ordered custom engraved items. they got shipped to her dads house - the billing address (they live in the same state), package then gets shipped BACK to NYCto go back to her, package gets back to her but she only recieved HALF her order. she gets replacements but it’s the SAME HALF. reorders. they don’t place the reorder. she calls multiple times again & the item then sells out & T&co ghosts her
