I feel like they are not really totally bother by those hate toward them. They're literally thinking that afterwards you guys gonna still watch that series even though you guys don't like the casting. Just think of it what happen to the university series a lot of fans literally dislike those cast (before) but eventually they accepted and watch the series because of how good they're acting was (even though they're not literally perfect for that role). So mind you guys, better not watch this adaptation, viva will keep on doing this (adapting a Wattpad story but when it comes to casting they can't even choose who fit perfectly for that role). CTTO

Honestly, Janella and Heaven just have different vibes when it comes to roles. Janella showed so much range in The Killer Bride, which is why I feel like she’d be perfect for characters like Carmela and Carmelita in I Love You Since 1892. Heaven is talented too, but her strong screen presence leans more toward bolder or antagonist roles

Nope. Janella just has this really adaptive features na kahit saan anggulo baliktarin, mapa-maarte to that Carmelita spooky thingy, she can still pull it off. Yung isang masterpiece nila ni Maja? That's how good she is. Pero not Heaven. No offense sa kanya, pero more on side character energy siya for ILYS1892. Yung tipong character roon na may dugong mestisa ba. She doesn't look 'Filipina' enough for me to acknowledge her as Carmela/Carmelita for us.

not a fan of heaven and the new cast of ILYS 1892 pero i think they dont deserve the hate that they’re getting. bakit ang sabi eh pinush naman ni binibining mia na maging marnella but ABS CBN wanted na iba ang ka LT ni janella and they wanted to change the plot?

viva never fails to disappoint talaga. but in the end of the day, panalo pa din sila. bc they knew na kahit ibash yong mga characters na pinili nila, we will still watch the adaptation. :(( for sure marnella is also disappointed cuz they were expecting the roles as well hays

Actually, if hindi dinikdik sa atin ni binibining mia na marnella ang mag p-portray, and if never natin silang nakita na nag act as juanito and carmela, then okay naman sila heaven and jerome. But the thing is, we were PROMISED! We waited years for Marnella, so disappointed. 😢
