Without that, though dope genetics may enable you to build admirable muscles and physique, but lots of other health components will surely suffer a serious blow in the long run.
Protein is one of the most essential nutrients in the 3 macronutrients, and acts as the cement and water of our health, for rebuilding our body's tissues.
Although, whey protein powder supplement in most cases, isn't necessary for muscle building. But like I said in the video, if you're unable to meet your daily protein requirements, then whey protein powder should be considered.
