Yesnt. They can say whatever outlandish south park things they want, to prove defamation the yahtzee in chief needs to prove that they knowingly and maliciously spread misinformation that can reasonably be believed with the intent to ruin his reputation.

I read somewhere that if you publish a book based on true events, and you base the villain on your ex bf/husband , one way to avoid lawsuits claiming that the bad guy in your book is him is to preemptively make sure the character’s snake is teeny tiny or freakishly large. Either way, they’d have to humiliate themselves in court or you get to humiliate them.
