You left out Nomos Arkhaios in your list of the pillars. This pillar is often overlooked because it makes us look stuffy, but I would argue that it is one of the most important. Hellenic Polytheism is rooted in the community that surrounds it. It is deeply profound in that it is meant to be lived with groups of people. One of those things that help formulate this sense of community is our orthopraxic nature. Our ties to ancient traditions. This is so that we can all believe in very different versions of all of our Gods, and interact with them in incredibly diverse ways -- but at the end of the day we ALL give to Hístia first and last. We ALL lift our palms to the sky to pray to the King of Kings. We ALL observe our holy day through offering (Noumenia). it's what makes us united as a community and as a people, even though we are so different.

I've seen a lot of confusion on Kharis so I'm just gonna say this; It is the partnership between the human and the god(s). You give something, you get something. This builds a relationship. Coming from a Hellenic Pagan who partners with Aphrodite during my craft.

Just curious, would just adding Zeus and Hestia to my prayers count as honoring them, or do I have to go through the process of building Kharis with both of them as well? I’m mainly focusing on building Kharis with Lady Aphrodite at the moment, and I don’t wanna mess up 😅
