That officer should be fired and arrested, kidnapping assault illegal, detainment battery false imprisonment infringement on the fourth amendment abolished qualified immunity his officer should pay the lawsuit out of his own pocket. His pension should go to the lady and he should never be allowed to work in law enforcement again.

Once a police officer makes up his mind that he is right. And you are wrong, it's a slow grind to get the truth out. If he admits he is wrong after he is arrested you then all kinds of defense lawyers are gonna come after him

Isn’t that inhumane and torture for the jail to do that to anyone in custody? How is that acceptable? I’m not ignoring the illegal arrest, but that sounds like standard operating procedure for the jail.

And yet cops are on tiktok trying to prove they aren't all bad. Yes, yes you are. if you see a cop doing something wrong and you FAIL to do something, anything about it, youre a bad cop.
