He's got a point. When it comes to a DISPUTE between employees and the company, the company almost always gets the upper hand even when they're clearly in the wrong. So no, he's not wrong at all. HR is BUILT to protect the company first. That's how the system works. If HR truly existed to support employees, we wouldnt even need labor laws in the first place. HR yang bitter tu, you know your career path is STRUCTURED that way. Tak perlu bitter. It's a fact.
