@minnieisaac_: Blackheads or just sebum build up- you can tackle both the same way | AD This is probably (one of) the most common DMs I get about “blackheads”- but they’re not blackheads! (It’s also why pore strips never work for you, sorry) The solution: Salicylic acid! It’s great- but make sure the formula you’re using isn’t drying or stripping so you don’t throw your skin out of wack. Look out for no drying alcohols, alongside hydrating ingredients that support your skin (yes, like the one I featured) ✨Products featured: Thayers Anti-Blemish Facial Toner w/ 2% salicylic acid Thayers Invisible S.O.S Patch that visibly reduce size of blemish in 8 hours ✨Tips to exfoliate (even when it’s winter or your skin is sensitive) 👉Start slow, just x3 nights a week was plenty for my skin and gave great results! 👉Build up *only* if needed- but always listen to your skin, you might need less than me 👉Exfoliate in the areas you need. Congested T zone? Just on your nose or chin? Focus there! 👉Double this toner as a spot treatment under your pimple patches to supercharge them (this is my fave and flattened a huge pimple I had) #thayers #blemish #antiacne #acneproneskin #skincareroutine #dewyskin #salicylicacid #acnetips #thayerstoner #hydratedskin #beforeandafter #pimplepatch #acnejourney #skincaretips #skincareroutine #realresults #GlowUp #skincarecommunity #acnesolutions @Thayers
