@whathappensnow.co: I'd be willing to bet that you don't have to be a career coach to have had someone say these words to you: "It's not the right time" Maybe your friends, your partner, your family.... or maybe you've said it before? It's something that comes up in career coaching all the time. This idea that there is a "right time". It's something we say isn't it? "Now doesn't feel like the right time, I'll do it when XYZ..." And sometimes, I will say, it really isn't the right time. It might not be the right time to get a new job or change careers. It might not be the right time to ask your boss for a pay rise and it might not be the right time to become a manager for the first time. But sometimes, it is the right time... we are just scared of what might happen if we admit that. So today's career coaching questions are here to help you get unstuck and stop waiting for the right time. Feel uncomfy?
