The Hardee’s Worker Found It Very Rude/Disrespectful Of The Customer To Do That!! Customer Asked For A Refund, They Go Back & Forth ! The Young Man On The Side Proceeds To Be Disrespectful To Customer & Threatening The Situation More!! // The Guy Recording Says - “⚠️ I want to clarify a few things. ⚠️ 1. She never had her hand out. She stood there and watched him count out the money with both hands flat on the counter beneath her the whole time. Of course if she had her hand out when he quit counting the money, he would have put it in her hands. 2. I have heard some people say that sliding the money across the counter can be disrespectful to some. I’ve worked in customer service off and on and have never heard that until this incident happened. If that is the case, and it bothered her so much… with her being the so-called manager, she could have gone about letting us know in a much more professional way. Apparently she does not have the proper training and people skills for the job. 3. This has nothing to do with race. I don’t care if you are black, white, blue, or purple… this behavior is unacceptable and will be reported no matter what the person’s race is. 4. This all started because of a senior drink. My grandfather ordered the senior drink not realizing how small it was. When he asked for the next size up, which was a small, he was upcharged. This started because he was trying to pay the difference between the senior drink and the small in cash. So you’re literally talking a few dollars and cents. 5. There is nothing to hide. Trust me, I wish I had of recorded it from the very beginning but I thought she was joking when she said she “wasn’t going to pick up the money”. I also didn’t see the situation escalating like it did. And honestly, the money incident is just petty.
