they had me kidnapped off the street twice. I have no criminal record. I tried to get help for panic attacks. I missed a appointment and they sent people after me claiming I was "gravely disabled" as I lived with my two children and took care of my huge home,them, and myself. they broke me.

There is no medical test to prove you have a mental illness. It's based on behaviour. Soon....disagreeing with current admin and being passionate via opposing views....might qualify as a mental illness. We then lock you up and make you work under the guise of rehabilitation.. without pay... until you conform.

I think its clear its those who dont have the capability to stay safe for themselves or others, or have the capability to find and maintain housing. They need social workers mandated to help and not just ignore them roaming the streets suffering. They need safe housing and assistance.

Hey so I’m in an abusive relationship and my only option to leave is a homeless shelter which I would qualify for with mental health and addiction, im already terrified to leave, terrified to go to a homeless shelter, and now im terrified because of this.

In the 80s we had mental.health treatment and facilities. In the 90s they closed most down. we have been spiraling into violence driven by mental health crises. Homelessness has increased exponentially as well as a result. We need change.

So do you want them to be helped or not? Make up your minds. I hardly doubt you or any liberal has thought about the homeless until now. What have you done for them? And honestly people have been crying for an answer to the homeless problem, Trump made a solution. It might not be a perfect solution but I haven’t seen anyone else come up with a better one.
