For all Americans in the comments... We do not have the infrastructure at the moment because the UK is build for the cold. Our houses are meant to keep heat in not out. This is the same with the underground. Please be mindful that other countries have different infrastructures deal with the temperature.

it's crazy it's such a big deal there it's 93°F in iowa today and corn sweat going on so like 90% humidity it feels like 115°F and humidity so bad you can't get your breath

I live in America, in North Carolina and today we have a heat advisory out from 12pm-8pm today. Temps are gonna be 96 degrees with 96% humidity, which makes it feel like 107 degrees outside! I suggest investing in A/C! Americans are just made different i guess! Ya'll would absolutely melt here!
