I am 3 months in and have lost 2 stone I am doing what you say with salt 🧂 and water but have now stuck and weekly plus or minus a pound shall I reduce my calorie deficit? Or is there anything else I am doing wrong I am eating 2 spoons of chia seeds with Greek yogurt with blueberries 🫐 and strawberries 🍓 at lunchtime is this ok plus 2oz of pistachios is any of this wrong ????
