as a former CT tech now IR PA, I really appreciate you taking time to debate ordering any imaging in the ER. So many ER providers over order imaging without proper indication or clinical history in hopes it shows *something* Great job listening to your gut & glad to hear this patient did so well! 😁

especially with small cell lung cancer, brain is one of the most common places for metastases that’s also another factor that tipped me towards ordering the head scan
