If your using a pressure canner check the manual it says not to use a propane burner like a Bunsen burner

Getting one of those and a second pressure canner is on my to-do list. Along with getting chickens and turning almost half of my backyard into a garden/orchard. It's a "multi-year" to-do list haha love hearing the pops in the background!!

I have that set up but I have the canner that is oblong canner I just cooked corn off in beats heating the house up...happy cannin. I hear the jars popping 🤗
