I get overwhelmed quickly, loud noise will irritate me soooo fast. It makes me feel insane. Just someone asking me something or calling me name. Makes me say “whattttt” I snap at my son for nothing. I’ve been in survival mode for yrs now

I feel like I’ve never know what it’s like to live a life NOT in fight or flight/survival mode honestly. The smallest things will just set my anxiety off. I always say I panic first and rationalize later.
