Fix it with this natural pre-workout. 💥 Here’s the simple recipe I use sometimes when training later in the day: 🥄 Add a cup of coffee 🍌 One banana 🧂 A pinch of salt 🍯 A teaspoon of honey 🌀 Blend it all up You’ll get clean energy, better blood flow, and a surprisingly good pump — all from real food. ⏱ I recommend this only if you’re training in the afternoon or later. 🚫 If you’re training early in the morning, skip the coffee.
