State Champion coach here. My baseball teams had mandatory tailgates before football games and had to attend the games. They had to attend a band event. They attended a theater production. They attended volleyball and basketball games. We had a monthly community service project. On game days they had to eat in the cafeteria and sit at a table with kids they didn’t know or were friends with. As an AD, I do walkthroughs in my coaches classrooms and support my principals when it comes to teaching expectations.

You gotta do the most relevant one that's coming up now. parents that send their kids to school with an $800 phone $200 pair of shoes and have travel ball for thousands of dollars a year, but are complaining online about a $40 supply list.
