Understandable how hospitals, emergency & priorities work. Especially when traumas come in & theyre treated according to severities of the injuries. But he still came in from a car accident & regardless, he was not checked on forget treatment. that is still neglect & needs to be addressed & accounted for

nah head injury shouldn't be left unattended alone.. its called observation for a reason.. the trauma head gaslighted the mother into thinking its not their fault

Stuff like this is just bad medical practice. It's a car accident, SOMEONE should have given him a full check up no matter how he seemed. My mom was told that she got some whiplash. No, she had 8 broken ribs and even when they x-rayed her they tried to say it wasn't that bad. You can't heal a broken rib back to how it was, it'll always be messed up afterwards.

so school boy got really injured but as they where busy they left the monitor on but the boy took it off so they wouldn't of known if he survived, the young doctor was at fault at the start but he was proven not guilty asbthere is footage of the school boy taking off the monitor, but the mother still doesn't forgive them, try's to sue the hospital

that was negligence. based on the video, no tests done. the alarm didn't even went off that the pulse oximeter was unhooked. the patient was left alone with no significant other, not close to the nurse's station

but according to the Criminal Code: Article 268 of the South Korean Criminal Code states that "A doctor's failure to properly assess a patient's condition before determining the severity of an injury, ultimately leading to death, could fall under this provision", so I don't really understand why the mother can't sue them😅
