I had a friend decline a lease renewal . Moved all her stuff into a storage for 2 months and reapplied to the same complex for $275 off an upgraded unit plus 3 months free ! It was the most affordable in a place close to her job .

Insurance. You’re telling me, if I have an accident my costs will go up to re-pay whatever the damages cost was… even though I’ve been paying month after month EXACTLY FOR THIS SCENARIO. Essentially you’re paying a fee so you can get a “loan” from them….
