I had 4 boys and it took me sometime to realize this.
it's definitely about taking care of yourself too. When you prioritize your own well-being, whether that's physical, emotional, or mental health, you’re better equipped to show up for your family in a meaningful way. You can love, support, and guide your children with more patience and kindness when you're grounded and whole. It’s not selfish; it’s essential. After all, the best way to love others is by loving yourself first💜. You guys are doing an amazing job. It’s beautiful to watch

Its like when u are in an airplane, you need to wear your own oxygen mask first in order to help your child ! You are absolutely correct 👍🏻

Rob Byrd :
It’s like the old story of if the masks drop in a plane, whose mask do you put on 1st, you or your child. Intuitively it’s your child… but if that’s your answer make sure you google it to safely save you both
