People who defend bojack are insane because yes he did tell her no but he left the door to the boat open. When she came in he didn’t say no. He wanted control over the situation, as he always does, so he pretty much invited her into a place where he is in control so that he could get what he wanted while also being able to claim it didnt happen if Charlotte didn’t walk in on them. He IS the bad guy in this situation, not the sexually confused girl who has never had an adult treat her as an equal which she then interpreted as something more than platonic. Bojack is the bad guy, and that’s the whole point.
