I once almost went two days without eating because I was in a hyperfixtion focus, I had no where to be and was really into a game, so I was just sitting in my room on my bead playing on my switch and occasionally drinking from a 20oz soda over those almost two days I drank four sodas and at the end I ate three tacos with hard shells and two tomatoes and Mayo sandwichs when after eating the tacos I realized I was still hungry all in about 45 minutes and I am not a fast eater it did break the hyperfixation haze I was in

15 minutes outside gardening, 45 minutes inside gardening (aka playing video game with gardening while body cools down). Yes timers are necessary.

I feel that 😭 I'm getting medication for some of my chronic illnesses now and it works really great but also makes me very sensitive to heat (I already didn't handle it well before). I will show signs of heat exhaustion even after only short exposure. I just started playing volleyball again 🥲 (Though the good part is that most of my hyperfixations and special interests are things I do while isolating in my room 😌✨)
