To be fair, he has a point? Most of calories we burn are metabolic, they are spent on maintaining the body temperature, the second biggest calorie consumer is the brain, then the rest of the body including muscles and etc. If you do swimming exercises in cold water, you will lose weight way faster than from running? Your body will burn calories just to keep you warm. I don’t get the ridicule, yeah the dude talks funny but he has a point.
