Set a general goal like “I want to feel better” and an affirmation to get yourself there “I don’t like the gym, but my body does” For some reason separating myself from my body reallly helped take the pressure off of getting there in the first place! Less pressure = more motivation 2. Track no-number results! Not looking at a scale constantly and just taking mental note of how I felt helped justify going ANNNND started associating positive feelings with the gym From there it got easier! #mindbodysoul #SelfCare #onestepatatime
