The sad thing is the person you’re talking about had several suicide attempts from being bullied years ago. And on TikTok, all I see him do is bully younger trans people unmercifully 😞

When I was growing up in the 80s and 90s, transsexual was synonymous with crossdresser and both were always the butt of the joke, so I don't use these terms unless someone specifically wants me to regarding themself. For instance the person you're referencing--I realize he calls himself transsexual and as much as I dislike the word I would use it referring to him. Because it's only right to believe people when they say who they are. But he is also not a friend to the trans community, and he makes this clear evety time he opens his mouth. So both things can be true. There are all kinds of people out there in all kinds of marginalized situations and some of them hurt their own. Others might use this as an opportunity to misgender but that is Othering behavior, intended to dehumanize. Real ones realize that you can be marginalized and still have stuff to learn about others and yourself... And that some people choose to stop learning once they get theirs
