I work on cars all day everyday. 90% of what i see are 200k plus. it's rare for me to see under 100k. one of my customers has a 520k mile suburban

old honda odyssey has 300k on it, and im putting less work on it then the two toyota camrys with about 100k on them

My car only has like 60k on the clock! But they smoked the engine in '77 and the 48 years in a barn in Jersey after that really didn't do it any favors...

I own 5 cars. The one with 17k miles has killed its second engine. It replaced a car that now has 245k. It gets towed by an suv with 216k. My roadmaster “only” has 13xK but leaks oil like a sieve because the seals are 30 years old. The 163k mile speed3 is in better condition than one’s I’ve seen with 100k less. It all depends

There is a crest though. After a certain point major things have been replaced or even upgraded (for longevity) and it becomes worth it again. When in doubt always buy a 90s 4.0 Jeep 🤣 my last one had 345k original miles and still put you back in the seat on the highway

Honestly I think it depends on how old it is as well. Anything over say 1990 and mileage doesn’t really matter as your probably going to have fix it
