if you make tea from rosemary and let it set for a day it gets dark. do your shampoo as usual rinsing with warm water,thenyou can use the tea to rinse your hair and it colors the gray without dyeing it. it's just a tea stain and it helps rinse out the shampoo.

The BEST thing i ever did was stop all the coloring and blow drying! Im 57 and lucky to not have much grey at all (yet), so it hasn't been too much of an issue. When I do an updo or tight pony, where you can see the grey at my temples I use the temporary spray! It works great, looks natural and lasts until I wash my hair again. I use this kind:
