so needed to hear this i was actually at my healthiest to, part of me just wishes maybe I should of stayed away would it of been different ?. I dont know neither, but it's been majorly hard adjusting to my needs ❤️

Thank you lovely, 🩷 Really needed to see this as I got told I got ill due to stress/trauma & it was taking it out on my body instead 😥 so always get looked at as if it's my fault I'm sick. Even though I can't control it 💜🩷💜
