Literally nursing where I live . They talk about the “nursing shortage “ and more people go into school and then they do a hiring freeze and people graduate without jobs lined up. There’s no nursing shortage. There’s a shortage of the companies/hospitals wanting to adequately staff units. It’s gotten to the level where they schedule mandating you to stay because there’s so few employees on some units but they won’t hire anymore . The graduating class last year more than half didn’t get jobs but ya there’s a nursing shortage

hi💓 I'm starting my psychology major and I'm really interested in the doing a Neuroscience double major. Is it hard to do if I don't have a great science background? like do I have to have that preliminary knowledge or can I start and learn as I go?
