Since you have your son you can possibly be eligible for state insurance especially if your not married apply as if your single. I work 40 hrs a week but because I have 3 kids I’m eligible for state insurance alongside them. Or find a local clinic that does payment plans most places go of your income and can give you a discount or payment plans most places.

my mom, my aunt & my sister have endometriosis & my mom’s was like this!! she would throw up & pass out during her period!! after she had my sister, she had a hysterectomy! I dont think she ever took medicine for it bc back then they had medication for endo like they do now!! my sister takes orlissa & it helps her a lot!! my aunt was also on orlissa at one point (im not sure if she’s still on it) but she got the surgery that removes the endometriosis tissue & that rlly helped her w the pain, but also to be able to get pregnant! i hope it gets better for you! pls dm me if u have any more questions!!!💕

I haven't experienced cramps that severe so I can't relate to that but from research I've done in the past I noticed that for things of that sort, raspberry tea leaf helps alleviate some of that pain maybe you can give it a try it could help 🩷
