She was on the next night she and Bella are close friends and she posted saying how the crowd where lucky to see her and Bella perform and congratulated her. She also didn’t ruin Snow White it was a terrible film and people find it easier to blame her on everything than the actual problem

I was there and that standing ovation was for her standing in so last minute, it was a lot of pressure and she delivered, they were both incredible in their own right we as an audience had the best of both worlds seeing both, we were very lucky and Rachel would’ve deserved the same applause as no one could even tell she was ill fighting through that first act. Both own that role in their own way so please do not compare the two ☺️👏

I was there, both were fantastic! I think the reason the audience gave Bella a long standing ovation is not only because she was AMAZING but the show would’ve had to be cancelled if she didn’t take over, the atmosphere was lovely during her applause 💕

bella does play the role regularly on some of the nights (mondays) and is celebrated for her performance. That you think (even if they didn't share the role) that Rachel "can't possibly be happy about that" says something about you and absolutely nothing at all about Rachel or Bella.
