Yesss I grew up always being tall & slouched to try to fit in and not look so tall and I regret it so much 😅 I’m always slouching unless I consciously try not to😅

You’re perfect how you are & beautiful but you can absolutely fix this with stretching 15-20 mins a day. Our bodies are so amazing we can re-teach it even how to hold itself. ❤️
