But fruit is so healing & full of antioxidants! My favourites are berries and apples! If you are worried about your blood sugar spikes, pair fruit with a nut butter! 🧴HYPOCHLORUS ACID It’s as strong as bleach & as gentle as water. It reduces breakouts so quickly; it doesn’t exfoliate your skin so anyone and everyone can use it! 🫚ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOOD Introducing these foods reduced my inflammation levels, which reduced my acne (acne is inflammatory). But, it also allowed my gut to begin to heal (inflammation prevents healing). My favourites: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, broccoli, salmon 😅SWEAT EVERY DAY People with acne are so scared of sweating, but that’s keeping toxins in your body! Make sure to keep sweating to get rid of toxins, so your liver doesn’t get overwhelmed! And use hypochlorus acid if you can’t wash your face straight away! 💧HYDRATION>EXFOLIATION Your skin will NOT improve if your skin barrier is damaged, it’ll likely get WORSE. Put down the exfoliants and pick up the moisturiser bestie!! 🍵HORMONE BALANCING TEAS Spearmint, dandelion, burdock root etc are all examples of hormone balancing teas!
