That sexual fan service is so omnipresent that it's considered normal and attempts to remove it receive such strong backlash shows how bad things are. ESPECIALLY because so much of that sexual fan service is of literal children or people with child-like proportions. If your anime is about teens or targeted at teens, there should be zero sexual fan service.
