@stephengpope: Most people automate too early. They skip the part where you actually test the system. They copy workflows without context and wonder why nothing lasts. Real automation pays off when it runs untouched for six months. That only happens if you build with intent. Test. Prove. Then scale. That’s how you win.
Automation for the sake of automation. Nothing new, many companies (large enterprise) have been focused on automating (use to be more expensive), issue is that more people aren't really SME in what they try to automate.
