This information is useless when these ICE “officers” don’t care about following established policies and procedures, much less the law. They don’t present judicial warrants, don’t identify themselves and don’t present credentials. They don’t care about reasonable suspicion. And asking, “Am I free to go?” only results in getting nabbed off the street and thrown into the back of an unmarked car to God knows where.
