I’m 57, started menopause around 45 and it wasn’t bad so I never took HRT. However, I just started because I don’t want to be crooked or stooped over when I’m in my eighties. I feel the same as not taking HRT. I’m doing the patch.

For one thing, give yourself some grace. I am 50. I am starting to feel the effects. I am a holistic health coach and I'm doing the research and think that HRT might be the way to go. Just do it right for you.

I have been on HRT for 32 years due to a hystertomy when I was 28. So, while I’m not the average woman on HRT, I am so grateful for having estrogen accessible to me for over half my life. 💜

Look, I didn’t take the meds and I can’t because of MTHFR genetic mutation. I’m 41 and POST menopause. It wasn’t bad AT ALL. NO MORE PMS thank you
