I’m not a college graduate, but I’m proud to say that I got hired for a back office role, and the company has such a great culture where they really prioritize their employees. I worked with bpo. Stayed there for 5 years it's good experience but now with JPMC and I can tell it's completely new environment, ppl are very professional, well managed by policies plus they're taking care of the employee, you won't experience being forced to go to work during calamities lol. BTW 4 months and counting, would definitely stay longer.

I’m turning 1 year as an employee of JPMC. No sugarcoating but this is one of the best companies especially if we’re talking about employee welfare. Grabe sila mag alaga at mag prioritize ng empleyado. Sahod? Mataas sila magpasahod according to your experience rin. I don’t understand those people saying na stress work dito tapos they’re not even a jpmc employee at all. Stress is everywhere but if you’re well compensated (high salary & lots of leaves) then it should be at least manageable. Employees i know stayed for 10-20 years here na. The employee retention simply speaks that the company takes good care of everyone.

Ung iba sinwerte. I had friends there na more than 10yrs n dun,mgkksbay kmi, pero i've Been there for more than 5yrs lng. Tiniis ko lng kc ok mga kteam ko & ung iba tao. Un una ko sup hndi. Pinagiinitan nya kming mga single mom. Single mom pla kc un ex nya. Ndulas ako sa pntry kc bagong mop tpos wlang warning sign,sbi lng sakin d nman dw ako nbalian bkt pa ko mgeescalate. Naospital dad ko ayw nya ko pyagan umuwi in the middle of the shift. Nklimutan lng dw huminga ng dad ko. Nagescalate ako sa hrbp,tropa pla nya. Sbi sakin "so you think hndi ko mlalaman?!" D ko alam pno ako nalipat. Nagkameron lng issue sa jowa kya ntuluyan pgrresign ko 😏

Finally resigned after 5 years. Maganda lang yung image kasi "wow JPMorgan" pero yung mental health mo 🤯 nevermind.. the company itself is great but yung pressure sa work nkaka anxiety 😅 still one of the best though. Minalas lng talaga sa last TL kong external hire. Haha!
