People that have chronic illness and actually need pain medicine are being hurt by people like this. And the medical system is not helping anyone who has actual pain anymore. It’s actually sad. 😒

I worked as a nurse in the ER for a bit. I lost count of how many people were "allergic" to all pain medication except *insert name*. We actually had a couple come in together, and both of them had "horrible" migraines.

What’s even funnier is when as a Paramedic I get one of these people and I’ll be giving my PCR over the radio and just say “Also advising Pt is suitable for triage at your discretion” they get MAD when we walk them through the ER right to the waiting room lmao.
