Unfortunately this is not a new thing, some brands have different PR packages for creators depending on your amount of followers

It’s crazy because I’m sure the bigger creator wouldn’t even mind if they got the products in the UPS box because when you’re used to getting so much PR it becomes a hassle disposing of the boxes cause in the end it’s just packaging. However to a smaller creator it’s novel & they would appreciate it more

certain brands have tiers for creators which will impact the packaging tier. 5k-10k followers shipping box. 250k custom box handwritten note. i understand it's not a great feeling. hopefully one day you get the super fancy packaging 🫶🏽

I’ve worked with brands that do this. Their reasoning is they can send to less ppl with only the expensive boxes or to more ppl and limit who gets the more expensive packaging

That does suck especially when a lot of bigger creators I know I feel like a lot of times they don’t even always do pr packaging anymore or be so behind on making contents for them. Smaller creators I feel like so much faster on delivery.
