The Dad is SUFFERING enough and will for the REST of his life. (I've never commented EVER on any of this) but I lost two children in my life.....it is the most horrible pain a person can experience! I'm actually shocked that people would like to see them suffer more! You all have no idea!!!! I hope people can just grow a heart!

I completely understand your point of view but many sources have stated he had to run in and help Teddy. It was freak accident and yes he should have told Trigg to come in with him. By all the tiktoks they have posted you can see they are amazing parents and yes we don’t know what goes on behind the camera but they are so genuine, loving, and they definitely love their kids. You have to remember how much this is effecting them because Emilie watched it and it happened on Brady’s time. I saw a tiktok earlier stating Brady moved out. Idk if it’s true or not. like I said it was a terrible freak accident and that’s the last thing they wanted to witness.

They’d both need to be charged. Neither of them put up a fence except the one around their furniture to protect it from the dogs.

Sorry, but this feels like a failure on the part of the justice system. PD I’m sure doesn’t make recommendations likely and for the prosecutor to not pursue is a travesty. Is the county attorney a Kiser fan?

A secure, permamnt pool barrier,not a pool net, is required in Arizona by LAW. Or if the house is part of the Barrier, there needed to be special locks on the windows and doors, which Emily’s videos proved didn’t exist. This is to prevent unsupervised access to the pool.

I have such sympathy for them, especially being the mother of a toddler Trigg’s age. But it’s not like Trigg was in bed and snuck out into the yard after Brady put him to sleep. He knew his 3 year old was near a HUGE DEEP in ground pool and didn’t make him come inside or go out with him. That is negligent

I feel relief that he wont be charged, but also so sad for Trigg but this was absolutely preventable. It's not an accident to see your toddler outside and just walk away...

They are NOT saying he isn’t guilty, they are saying IT WOULD BE HARD TO CONVICT. They can still choose to file charges later on.
