thank you so much for sharing this. I am also on a paper journey. I have been tapering down for a couple years and because there have been some levels, I get on where I wake up in such bad withdrawal for months and I just can’t come down. Now that I’m down to 40 mg I know that I have to come down slower and I’m just feeling really discouraged like I’m never gonna be done. This was so encouraging.
