This is an uncommon opinion but i feel like even if rover went and see her, phrolova is still going to go on the same path just hear me out the 2 of them never knew each other for more then a conductor and a listener yes they might somewhat knows about the other's past "mainly rover knowing" but still what will happen if rover came back. they still have to go and find out a way to save humanity and the world that's their whole job and phrolova yes with rover might get lest depress but still when they leave she will walk on the same path. One who always thug on the past and can sacrifice the Future of everything for it and one who has a duty and has to take responsibility for the Future of humanity and so they far go their own past this story is destined to repeat itself in every deviation the only different is how long does it take the flower will always wither in the end
