I don't want to give the impression that exercise is some kind of magic sauce (which most of you already know). Additionally, there are other exercise types that help beyond what I mentioned. Aerobic exercise, cross-body, etc. If you're not as mobile, hand exercises can help too. That said, physical exercise is consistently mentioned in recommendations for mental and physical health, alongside healthy sleep and diet habits. It's "boring" but effective when done well!
