@itsmekelsc: Oop, I said what I said 🤭 **this is for MOST people who want significant weightloss or are treating a chronic health condition, not the “I want to lose 10lbs” crowd #fyp #glp1
the amount of times I've done weight watchers is wild

I was working out 4 to 5 days a week and getting my steps in AND eating low carb. Nothing worked and getting on a glp-1 was my last resort. It was the BEST thing I could have ever done and my only regret was not starting sooner! Now my workouts are not in vain and my body is finally functioning how a normal body does.

Calorie deficit works it's just really hard to put into practice because food is addictive :c

They said the same thing about Gastric Bypass. The easy way out. But even that was hard.. why cause you had to change habits and learn new ways of food

I have tried every single ever loving thing. Every. Thing. All the things. For 30 years. This works. I don’t fully understand why, but it works.

Those diets work in the short term but my brain betrays me in the end. Shutting off that food noise and uncontrollable cravings has changed my life. I work out more now than ever before!

I did all the diets and actually did lose the weight but it was never sustainable and I always regained the weight.

I met with an endocrinologist last week. First Dr. to ever tell me that no amount of diet or exercise would work and with PCOS and insulin resistance my body is not functioning the “correct way” without help from glp1 💖

Omg we tried every single freakin’ thing! I once did a diet with actor on a show I worked on and we drank olive oil. I swear on my life we drank a cup of olive oil and took herbs from some dude in Inglewood 😂😂😂😂 a glp1 is the only thing that has ever worked for me!

Amen!! The people hating on this aspect have never had a significant amount of weight to lose. It’s so much more that appetite suppression! I’ve been able to rewire my brain on nutrition and listening to my body.

No it was the last option for me. I tried it all for three years after my son. I already had my eating and working out on point with no results. The GLP1 is nothing more than a tool in my tool box.

I put on 50lbs with both pregnancies and lost the weight with exercise and eating healthy in 7-12 months. Then when I got sick and now have chronic inflammation those things that worked before simply don't work now. It took me 15 months to lose 60lbs taking a GLP1 medication. The weight is gone and I couldn't not be happier because my medical condition is being treated like so many others. All bodies are not created equal. But now we are getting better resources to help. Finally.
