I think she’s already been promised a pardon. Her last hope was her appeal to the SC. Her only defense is that she claims she’s innocent and the POTUS said the files are a hoax. I don’t think she’d risk that appeal by speaking with or without immunity, without the guarantee of a pardon. He’ll explain it by saying she was prosecuted by dirty attorneys general just like him. And MAGA will believe him and make her a victim.
