People, you need to rinse your rice before cooking it, you need to mix the done rice with the ingredients (rice vinegar sugar salt, look up recipe), you need to salt the ball and rinse the mold in COLD WATER before putting it in the mold OR you need to rinse your hands in cold water and dip one wet finger in table salt then rub both palms with the salt from your finger then pick up the portion of rice and shape it into a ball. #rant
