Make a hole in the center and add the honey, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and lukewarm water. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef, salt, cayenne powder, garlic powder, red bell pepper powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Place the filled dough pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with grated cheese, diced red bell pepper, olives, red onion, and chives. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 12-18 minutes until golden brown. Tips: Use lukewarm water (37°C - 40°C).
