Sometimes it’s the leader that needs accountability. Her nails have NO impact on her ability to do her job. Let’s normalize standing up for ourselves and making the changes we want to see. Part of the reason I leave for BCT in 2 months is because I plan to challenge the corrupt system and the “leaders” who are still supporting outdated and unnecessary “policy”. 😘
